Two Decades of Contribution
In a world that needs more light and cheer,
Neil and Frances make it clear—
Community thrives where love expands,
With open hearts and helping hands.
They built a shul where all belong,
A place of teaching, heart, and song.
From kiddish schmoozing to Purim shpiels,
Arranging chairs and organizing meals.
Two decades of giving, two decades of sharing,
Two decades of laughter, tears, and caring—
Neil and Frances, our dynamic pair,
Make Mizmor a haven beyond compare!
Love Tzippi

Two Dedicated Individuals
Dear Frances and Neil,
So grateful for the opportunity to honor you both who have given so much of your time and energy to the Shul.
Blessings, good health, endurance, and love from Margalit and Zev
WELL DESERVED!!
Having known Frances as a “gutkeit” for over 50 years it is not surprising that she ended up with someone like Neil who with her became a dynamic duo of doing good. Together you have invested endless efforts for others and this recognition is well deserved. May Hashem grant you the ability to continue לזכות למצוות.

Neil and Frances
Dear Neil and Frances,
With love and appreciation for your endless efforts on behalf of our community, your generous hospitality and your loving friendship.
Julie and Zvi Leshem
Mazal Tov Frances and Neil on this richly deserved honor. To simply say thank you for all you do would never be enough. For twenty years, since the beginning, your love and dedication to our Shul and community is felt daily. From Kiddush and hospitality to logistics and a million details you help keep us running and focused on our mission. You are an inspiration, an example of true Jewish community leadership. For this and for your warm friendship I thank you.
Sara Farber
Mazal tov Frances and Neil on this well- deserved honor. You’ve both been a source of inspiration ever since you welcomed me and Walter into your home, the shul and the wonderful community you created. May Hashem shower you with blessings and nachat.

To our Builders, Frances and Neil
For twenty years your tireless efforts have built and nurtured a very special community. We hope that we have done and will continue to do you justice because Frances, your heart that is big enough that it enfolds everyone, and Neil, your modest devotion to our every need, have never failed any of us.
Your example brings home to each of us the truth of Rabbi Jonathan Sacks’s words about the builders of the Mishkon, the model for our congregations: “The Divine Presence lives not in a building but in its builders, not in a physical place but in the human heart.”
May you both, who have brought us so many blessings, receive from the Almighty the endless blessings that you deserve!
Much love from Diana (and Andy) Reinhard
Frances & Neil
Thank you so deeply for loving and caring for our kehilla! It’s in the broad brush strokes and in the personal touches that your light and goodness constantly and consistently shines through. We are blessed to have you as trailblazers invested in the growth and the welfare of our community. You are both so deserving of the recognition and the praise. Thank you for your kindness that you have shown our family throughout these past years. Mazel tov!
Love, Oren, Raizee Nidam & Family
You were my entrée into the Mizmor community
Dear Frances and Neil,
I’m a relative Mizmor newbie, but you helped me so much to fit in from that first invitation. (Didn’t hurt that Gilad and Yonah knew each other!) You’re true pillars of the community and we all love you and cherish you.
XOXOX
Marlene
Thanks For Blessings
With all the changing
That rides the years–
Limb rearrangings,
Weakening, fears–
There continues the sharing,
The dreaming, the giving,
The building, the caring,
Love for others and living.
Thank you both for blessing us all.
Love, Allan
UNIQUE! (You said it had to be unique…)
Yasher koach to one of the most generous, tolerant, fun-loving couples I’ve ever met. And thank you for building such a unique community!
to a dynamic duo . . . with love and appreciation
Dear Frances and Neil,
What you have accomplished together, these past twenty years, is no less than magnificent.
You have succeeded in creating — and continuing to nourish and sustain, each day anew — a most vibrant, warm, and flourishing community . . . for which we, and so many others, are infinitely grateful!
And, through your dedication of the shul to the memory of your friend David Margolis ז”ל, you have been honouring him in the most meaningful and beautiful ways possible, ב”ה. . . .
מזל~טוב, מכל הלב
May we celebrate many more milestones together, in good health . . .
. . . .בשלום ובשלווה, בעזרת השם

Thank you for your dedicated leadership and for all your hard work on behalf of Mizmor and the community. Wishing you health and continued success,
Levis and Rochelle Kochin
Since we wandered down to the Scouts Building 17 years ago and discovered Mizmor, you two have represented for us the spirit and the heart of this unique and loving community. You have always been the anchor that holds it all together for Mizmor and the utmost example of הכנסת אורחים to old and new members alike. The two of you have been a remarkable team, an inspiration and an example to us all. This day of honor and recognition to you is long overdue and insufficient to express our gratitude for all that you have done for Mizmor and how much you mean to us.

Mazal Tov and looking forward to honoring Francis and Neil
Rachel Yona

Why God Loved Moses (and loves Frances and Neil)
“And the man Moses was very humble, more than any person on the face of the earth…” (Numbers 12:3).
Not enough that Moses assumed a leadership position he never wanted and not enough that he devoted so much of his life to creating a community and a society where none had existed…no, despite all he did for our people, God mentioned Moses’ humility as his outstanding quality. And though this message will undoubtedly embarrass them, the description sounds like Frances and Neil to me.
Joanne Doades
Thank you Neil and Francis!
Thank you for all your hard work and amazing leadership!

Mazel tov to Mizmor LeDavid on their 20th anniversary and a special bracha to the honorees Frances and Neil. It is not accidental they were founding forces in this special kehila, lending their warmth, intelligence and administrative acumen to its founding. May you all continue to grow and enjoy life together in blessing, going from strength to strength.
Don & Peggy Kristt
To an amazing couple, Neil and Frances. Although we have known you for a relatively short time, we are aware of the hard work you put into Mizmor. We acknowledge the many, many accomplishments you performed through the years for the shul and community.
Terry & Murray Lubin
With thanks & appreciation
Mazel tov to you both on this 20th anniversary of Mizmor Le David.
Your inspiration and dedication has given our community a great shul which is both united and diverse in its membership. A relaxed yet dedicated place of prayer, learning and fellowship, with a weekly shiur in English that is so so helpful and informative
Plus, of course, the best and most fun potlucks – always a warm and friendly atmosphere 👌
Kol hakavod to you Frances and Neil ❤️
Sorry to miss your event – am travelling for a few days.
Carolyn
כל הכבוד
Kol Hakavod to Frances and Neil for all you’ve done
You’re an inspiration to us all!
All the best,
Larry & Nettie
gratitude
To a remarkable couple who have selflessly given so much of themselves to create and sustain our wonderful kehilla, and, inspite of everything, continue to do so, as with the daily services held in their home. They always put the needs of others first, caring and uncomplaining, we can only aspire to be like them.
May their home be filled with blessings for all that is good,
With much love and gratitude, Wendy, Yoav and Chana xxxx
